What to Expect

Initial Visit

You’ll have about a one-hour visit with a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Lindsay to discuss your child’s health history and current challenges. Following the consultation, our Chiropractic Assistant will perform our nervous system testing using gentle, non-invasive technology that provides valuable insight into your child’s nervous system function.

Review

After your initial visit to our office, we’ll schedule a review appointment. During this visit, Dr. Lindsay will go over the results of your child’s nervous system testing in detail. Based on these findings, she will recommend a care plan tailored to best support your child’s needs. She will explain the impact of the nervous system dysfunction on your child’s life, and will explain in detail what you can expect.

Dr. Lindsay will also ask questions about your child’s immune system, how often they get sick, experience temper tantrums, how stressful or healthy their birth was, and other areas as needed. She will explain the process each step of the way. Rest assured her care is always gentle.

Dr. Lindsay is kind and caring and always helps her young practice members feel comfortable. Many of them love getting adjusted so much that they jump on the table themselves. Kids quickly know that we’re a friendly practice where they can feel safe and welcome!

Do you adjust kids the same ways as adults?

While adjustments for children are typically quicker than those for adults, Dr. Lindsay’s approach is always gentle, precise, and highly effective.

Do you provide chiropractic care for children of all ages?

Yes, Dr. Lindsay can adjust a days-old infant up to school-aged kids.

Can you co-manage my child’s care with other providers?

Yes, we do so to provide integrated care for our pediatric practice members.
